OAPABA Member Beth Bagley to be a Judge of Deschutes County Circuit Court

Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association (OAPABA) is pleased to announce that OAPABA Board member Beth Bagley won her campaign for the Deschutes County bench, becoming the first female APA (and first elected APA) judge in Deschutes County. Her term will start in January.

Beth Bagley has a distinguished career as a prosecutor. She is a long-time OAPABA member and is serving her second term on the OAPABA Board. Congratulations! We wish Beth all the best in her new position.

Over 1,700 APA attorneys, judges, and law students from across the Nation gathered at the 2012 NAPABA Conference, “Reaching Monumental Heights.” OAPABA was well-represented at the convention and was proud to celebrate the appointment of Trung Tu as regional governor of the Northwest Region for NAPABA. OAPABA was also proud to celebrate the appointment of Tucker Kraght as regional director of Oregon for NAPALSA, the student chapter of NAPABA.  Both Trung and Tucker were sworn into office at the 24th Gala Annual Installation Banquet. Congratulations Trung and Tucker!
